These are often problem areas for cellulite and cardiovascular training can help you get a healthier heart and healthier skin as well.

If you want to incorporate some cardiovascular exercises into your routine, hop on a treadmill or go for a brisk walk to get your heart rate up and get those muscles working. Anything that gets you moving and your heart pumping works great for this purpose.
